Measured value of locating repeatability is constantly ±0.001mm no matter how many fixtures are set to a base. 3μm repeatability leads to elimination of backlash ensuring faster and easier fixture changeover and also enhanced and consistent machining precision for workpieces.
Environmental resistance: Contaminants are removed by air blow. Seating surface is provided with the air vent hole, seat check is possible by using a gap sensor, ensuring highly reliable operation.
The inclined flange surfaces enables cutting chips to flow smoothly, facilitating easy maintenance.
Lift-up function makes an optimal gap between the taper reference surface and the seating surface, preventing damage on the clamp during pallet loading/unloading.
Air blow prevents debris contamination. With the optimal gap by lift-up function, cutting chips and fluids are removed effectively.
